对优秀编辑人才的吸引力不足,经验丰富的人才流失速度加快等,凸显出当前出版社编辑人才队伍建设面临的严峻形势。其外因是随着文化产业的发展,文化人才需求缺口巨大,挖走了出版社的优秀编辑人才;内因是出版行业机制变革滞后,编辑发展空间狭窄,对编辑人才吸引力不足。因此,需要革新人才观念,创新人才培养机制,从而解决出版社面临的编辑人才困局。
The lack of attractiveness of outstanding editors and the expedited loss of qualified personnel highlights the grim situation facing the current editorial staffing of publishing houses. The external cause is that with the development of cultural industry, there is a huge gap in demand for cultural talents, which has taken away outstanding editors of publishing houses. The internal causes are lagging behind in the reform of publishing industry mechanism, narrow development space for editors and insufficient attraction for editors. Therefore, we need to innovate the concept of personnel, innovate personnel training mechanism, so as to solve the editor’s dilemma faced by publishing houses.
