作为企业正常运作工作的一部分,经济管理在其中显示出了其重要性,特别是对于我国大部分企业而言,自身经济往往存在较多的问题,而且管理理念以及意识的不强,加剧了管理问题的恶化,而且管理缺乏明确的责任认定以及制度标准,进而导致很多管理人员在工作方面难以落实自身的义务与责任。此外,对于风险缺乏预估性,也让企业发展存在盲目性。笔者将通过本文,就市场下企业经济管理存在的问题和解决方法,进行分析和探讨。
