为了认真贯彻十五大精神,为了进一步巩固和发展全国交通系统精神文明建设的成果,交通部决定,在全系统开展的“三学一创”活动的基础上,再在全国交通系统推广和学习五大标兵的活动,并以交体法发[1997]604号文印发了有关决定。现全文刊登《关于学习、推广公路系统先进典型的决定》。
In order to conscientiously implement the spirit of the 15th Party Congress and in order to further consolidate and develop the achievements of the spiritual civilization construction in the national transportation system, the Ministry of Communications decided that on the basis of the “three studies and one creation” activities carried out by the whole system and then in the national transportation system promotion and study Five pacesetter activities, and to the social and legal issues [1997] No. 604 issued the relevant decision.
