Objective: To explore the social return of peritoneal dialysis patients and to solve the problem of elderly peritoneal dialysis patients. Patients who were able to work with adult peritoneal dialysis patients should be given a consent One "paid care activities. Results: Nine elderly peritoneal dialysis patients entered the mutual aid management mode, while 16 caregivers involved. After one year of observation, the level of albumin was significantly increased (P <0.05) compared with that before mutual aid. The SGA was stable or improved in 66.7% of patients, and the quality of life index was improved compared with that before (P <0.05). CONCLUSION: Peritoneal dialysis mutual aid management mode can help improve the nutritional status and quality of life of elderly patients with peritoneal dialysis, and can promote peritoneal dialysis patients return to society, with the promotion of value.
