应用乙酰丙酮法对6种不同F/M分子摩尔比蜜胺树脂相变微胶囊粉末的游离甲醛进行测试。用热重分析方法评价热稳定性能,用扫描电镜和光学显微镜观察微胶囊形貌。结果发现,不同F/M分子摩尔比的微胶囊成型良好,平均粒径3.58μm。游离甲醛广泛存在于干粉中,含量在1236(F/M1.5)和1384mg/kg(F/M2.5)之间。低F/M值微胶囊样品在80~180℃的低温阶段热稳定性优于高F/M值的样品;而在180~450℃的高温段,高F/M值微胶囊样品的热稳定性明显优于低F/M值微胶囊样品。
The free formaldehyde of 6 different F / M molar ratios of melamine resin phase-change microcapsule powder was tested by acetylacetone method. Thermogravimetric analysis was used to evaluate the thermal stability. The morphology of microcapsules was observed by scanning electron microscopy and optical microscopy. The results showed that microcapsules with different molar ratio of F / M molecules formed well with the average particle size of 3.58μm. Free formaldehyde is widely present in dry powder at levels between 1236 (F / M1.5) and 1384 mg / kg (F / M2.5). The microcapsule samples with low F / M value had better thermal stability than those with high F / M value in the low temperature range of 80-180 ℃, while those with high F / M value in the high temperature range of 180-450 ℃ This is significantly better than the low F / M microcapsule sample.
