民国时期政府开始学习西方开办学校,其中女子学校在教育实践中不断摸索、不断完善师资结构。由于社会动荡,战争局面持续不断,教员也处于不稳定状态。教师频繁流动带来课程无法进行下去。在今天看来,学校应该提高专业师资队伍的授课质量,减少人员变动对师资队伍的冲击,从而保证教学质量。 During the period of the Republic of China, the government started to study the schools in the West, among which women’s schools kept exploring the educational practice and continuously improved the structure of teachers.
