本文报告用环磷酰胺(CY),阿糖胞甙(Ara-C),氨甲喋呤(MTX)联合治疗14例成人急粒。用CY, Ara-C,MTX,四氢叶酸联合治疗8例成人急淋,现将治疗方案介绍如下: 诱导治疗急粒:在24小时内给予MTX 80毫克/平方米。在给MTX的头一小时内,前半小时内加入CY1.0克/平方米,而后半小时内则给予Ara-C300毫克/平方米,均采用静脉给药。急淋:用法相同,仅于MTX静滴完毕时再给予四氢叶酸25毫克/平方米静滴6小时进行解毒。
This article reports the use of cyclophosphamide (CY), cytarabine (Ara-C), methotrexate (MTX) combined treatment of 14 cases of adult acute particles. Treatment of 8 adult patients with CY, Ara-C, MTX, and tetrahydrofolic acid is now described below. Induction therapy for acute pellets: MTX 80 mg / m 2 within 24 hours. In the first hour of MTX, CY1.0 g / m2 was added within the first half hour and Ara-C300 mg / m2 was given within half an hour, both of which were administered intravenously. Urgent: the same usage, only MTX intravenous infusion of tetrahydrofolate 25 mg / m 2 intravenously for 6 hours for detoxification.
