薪酬激励作为企业人才管理的重要制度模块,其满意度水平处于最低。主要问题表现在:薪酬制度体系不合理、工资收入水平低于预期、薪酬奖励不公平等。本文依据对22个省市、6000多家企业的问卷调查,从不同地区、性质、行业、职务、性别、学历、年龄组等层面,对当前我国企业薪酬激励的现状和存在的问题进行了深入分析,并提出相关政策建议。
As an important institutional module of enterprise’s talent management, remuneration incentive has the lowest level of satisfaction. The main problems are as follows: the system of salary system is irrational, the wage income level is lower than expected, and the salary reward is unfair. Based on the questionnaire survey of more than 6,000 enterprises in 22 provinces and cities, this paper conducts an in-depth analysis of the present status quo and existing problems of China’s enterprise salary incentive from different levels, characteristics, industries, job titles, gender, academic qualifications and age groups Analysis, and put forward relevant policy recommendations.
