随着党的群众路线教育实践活动的深入开展,解决群众反映的突出问题和供电服务“最后一公里”问题成为了农电工作的重要环节,结合国网公司县供电企业和乡镇供电营业所管理提升工程的实施,做好农电服务工作,关系到民生问题,事关重大。但随着95598全面集中,国网公司的管控力度日益加大,业务管理直接穿透到了基层供电所,诸如基层员工严重缺员、年龄老化、技能水平低以及基础数据不对应、信息不准确等制约县公司管理提升的基层基础薄弱问题现在完全暴露了出来。面对国网公司自上而下精细化管理的要求,要想将这些重点工作统筹兼顾的做好,做为基层管理者必须通过积极探索、实践和积累,总结出一套提高营销业务基础管理水平的方法。
With the deepening of education and practical activities carried out by the mass line of the party, the solution to the outstanding problems reflected by the masses and the problem of “the last kilometer” of power supply service has become an important link in the work of rural power. The face of the State Grid Corporation top-down refinement of management requirements, in order to make all these priorities focus on doing a good job as a grass-roots managers must actively explore, practice and accumulation, summed up to improve the marketing of a basic management Horizontal approach.
