火傷之治療是近代外科的重要問題之一,在最近20年中雖曾提出過很多的治療方法,但是事實證明了這一任務並未能得到合理的解决。其所以難以找到合理的治療方法是因爲由於直接的或間接的影響能使火傷趨於沉重,同樣也由於火傷的發生是與它的全身性和局部性的合併症等的存在的許多因素有密切關係的。研究和確定因熱所引起的火傷與下述諸因素有關:如:火傷面積的大小,組織受損的深淺,受傷者本身的免疫性質,身體健康和生理狀態——尤其是神經和血管系統,年齡的特殊性以及在發生火傷災害時的條件,對火傷的經過和結果都是有關的。
The treatment of fire injury is one of the most important problems in modern surgery. Although a lot of treatments have been proposed in the past 20 years, it has been proved that this task has not been solved properly. It is therefore difficult to find a reasonable treatment because of the direct or indirect effects that can make the fire heavier and also because of the close association of many factors such as its generalized and localized comorbidity Relationship. Investigate and determine the thermal damage caused by heat related to such factors as: the size of the fire damage area, the depth of tissue damage, the nature of the victim’s immunity, health and physical status - especially the nervous and vascular systems, The particularity of age and the conditions in the event of a fire injury are all related to the passing of the fire injury and to the outcome.
