The coaxial line transmission and reflection method was applied to set up a in-vivo dielectric measuring system for the measurements of permittivity and conductivity on human skin surface of forearms at frequencies from 0.3 to 3000 MHz. Results may increase the available bank of in-vivo dielectric data.
