中国似乎一下子迈进养生保健时代!书店里最畅销的是养生保健书籍;礼堂里最热闹的是名目繁多的健康专家进行的名目繁多的保健讲座;社会上最流行的是长寿养生秘诀。遗憾的是多数经验具有片面性,经不起深入细致的究问。而一些人盲目跟风,只求过程,不计后果,到头来失去的是时间和金钱,得到的却是窝火无奈的教训。
