最近,我所与上海市第一建筑工程公司协作,在立柱式台模工艺的基础上,研制成功无立柱的悬架式台模,该台模具有立柱式台模的优点,但模具组合更加灵活,受力更趋合理。经在上海市天目路高层住宅建筑工程上试用,效果良好。一、悬架式台模的设计原则 1.台模支承方式悬架式台模不设立柱,力的支承与传递由钢筋混凝土柱子或剪力墙墙体来承担。即在柱或墙的适当位置上设置托架,以承受台模的自重及传来的钢筋混凝土楼板重量和各类施工荷载。
