2008年3月15日,福建省质量技术监督局为全国首家与高等院校(福州大学)合作组建的″特种设备联合研发中心″在福州成立。出席成立会议的有:福建省质量技术监督局黄序和局长、福州大学吴敏生校长、陈笃彬书记等局、校领导以及福建省特种设备检验院张元榕院长、福建省各地市质量技术监督局等相关领导、专家、学者共60余人。该联合研发中心现有65名专家成员,其中博士后3名,博士20名,教授或高级检验师42名。该研发中心既是福州大学高水平的研发机构,也是福建省质监系统的有机组成部分,它的成立开创了国内″产学研政″合作的新模式。
