中国橡胶工业协会11月25日与有关管理部门座谈交流近期生产经营情况和存在的突出问题,重点研讨提出了促进橡胶工业平稳较快发展的政策措施建议。1～9月,橡胶工业主要产品产量增幅同比逐月回落,实现利税则同比下降近10%。进入四季度以来,生产经营形势越加严峻,协会统计的主要会员企业中,轮胎出口增幅回落27%,企业利润下降37%,亏损面达1/3,企业减产、停产状况仍在加剧。
China Rubber Industry Association on November 25 to discuss with the relevant management departments to exchange recent production and management of the outstanding problems and focus on research and proposed to promote the steady and rapid development of the rubber industry policy measures recommendations. From January to September, the output growth of rubber products dropped month by month on a year-on-year basis, while profits and taxes fell by nearly 10% year-on-year. Since the fourth quarter, the production and operation situation has become more and more severe. Among the major member enterprises counted by the association, the growth of tire exports has dropped by 27%, the profit of enterprises has decreased by 37% and the loss has reached 1/3, while the enterprises’ production cuts and the production stoppage are still aggravating.
