【正】替硝唑(Tinidazole)是目前临床上常用的抗滴虫和抗厌氧菌的药物。为了避免其对胃肠道的刺激性,我们研制成阴道栓剂,经临床应用疗效满意,为保证制剂的质量,本文采用紫外分光光度法测定替硝唑栓剂中的含量,方法简便快速,介绍如下。
