某地一家建筑公司,近日举办了一次为期5天的建筑文化节。歌咏、演讲、乒乓球比赛等一系列文体活动,进行得如火如荼。然而,参加建筑文化节的人员,仅限定于本企业的正式员工,农民工只能望“节”兴叹,扮演看客的角色。还有一家建筑公司,最近组织部分职工去海南旅游,尽管有2名农民工去年在全省建筑业技能大赛上摘金夺银,由于身份是农民工,也未能搭上旅游的班机。
