随着冷挤压技术的发展和不断完善,冷挤压工艺在机械制造中的应用越来越广泛。目前冷挤压工艺一般在机械式挤压机或液压式挤压机上进行。前者的优点是滑块下死点固定,易于控制挤压件底厚,生产率高,易于机械化自动化,动力装置简单。它的缺点是挤压速度变化曲线不够理想,始挤速度偏大,冲击振动现象严重,对设备和模具寿命都有不良影响。本文针对机械式挤压机的上述问题提出以下的分析。
With the development of cold extrusion technology and continuous improvement, the application of cold extrusion technology in machinery manufacturing is more and more widely. The current cold extrusion process is generally carried out in a mechanical extruder or hydraulic extruder. The former has the advantage of a fixed bottom dead center slider, easy to control the thickness of the extrusion, high productivity, easy mechanization and automation, simple power plant. Its disadvantage is the extrusion speed curve is not ideal, the extrusion speed is too large, the impact of vibration serious, have a negative impact on equipment and mold life. This article presents the following analysis of the above problems with mechanical extruders.
