目的观察60例2型糖尿病患者的电话随访管理疗效,分析男性和女性患者遵医嘱行为和血糖达标率情况。方法对60例2型糖尿病患者(其中男性和女性各30例),进行为期3个月的电话随访管理,给予患者饮食、运动、用药及血糖监测指导以及糖尿病知识宣教、答疑。至少每周监测一天血糖,包括空腹及三餐后2小时血糖,3个月测糖化血红蛋白一次,并对患者的遵医嘱行为和血糖达标率进行评估。结果 60例患者中,女性患者的遵医嘱行为明显高于男性,有统计学意义(P<0.05),女性患者的空腹、餐后血糖及糖化血红蛋白达标率也明显高于男性患者(P<0.05)。结论通过电话随访管理,使2型糖尿病患者提高自我管理的能力、遵医嘱行为和治疗的主动性,有利于提高血糖达标率。
Objective To observe the efficacy of telephone follow-up management in 60 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus, and to analyze compliance and blood glucose compliance rate of male and female patients. Methods A total of 60 type 2 diabetic patients (30 males and 30 females) were followed up for 3 months by phone. The patients were given diet, exercise, medication, blood glucose monitoring and counseling and knowledge of diabetes. Monitor blood glucose at least once a week, including fasting and 2-hour post-prandial blood glucose, and 3-monthly glycosylated hemoglobin at one visit. Assess patient compliance and glycemic compliance. Results Among the 60 patients, the obedience to medical advice was significantly higher in female than in male (P <0.05). The fasting, postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin in female patients were also significantly higher than those in male patients (P <0.05) ). Conclusions The management of patients with type 2 diabetes through self-management of telephone follow-up and telephone follow-up management can improve the rate of blood sugar compliance.
