为促进图书馆队伍的思想建设,本刊于3月初特邀全国模范革命残废军人、图书馆界唯一的全国劳动模范、庐山图书馆馆长徐效钢同志来沪作个人事迹报告,报告会举行了五次。徐效钢同志坚韧不拔、努力进取和无私奉献的革命精神在上海市图书馆界引起了强烈的反响。为了让全国图书馆界的同行都有参加这次学习的机会,本刊把3月6日他在上海音乐厅所作的报告全文发表。希望全国各地图书馆界的同行把结合实际的学习心得体会寄给本刊,让这个报告会的效果更加扩大和深入。
In order to promote the ideological construction of the library contingent, this magazine invited the disabled members of the National Model Revolution and the only national model worker in the library industry in the beginning of March. Comrade Xu Jigang, director of the Lushan Library, came to Shanghai to make a personal debriefing report. The report was held in five Times. Xu Geng Steel perseverance, hard work and selfless dedication of the revolutionary spirit in the Shanghai library community has aroused strong repercussions. In order to give our counterparts in the national library community the opportunity to participate in this study, we published the full report of him on the 6th March at the Shanghai Concert Hall. I hope all the counterparts in the library industry across the country combined with the actual experience of learning to send this magazine, the effect of this report will be more expanded and deepened.
