目的:探讨C-FOS、MMP-9及Survivin在不同程度子宫内膜异位症患者表达变化及其价值。方法:选择2010年3月~2011年9月期间在该院妇产科经腹腔镜手术证实为子宫内膜异位症的60例患者,并将患者分为在位内膜组和异位内膜组,每组患者30例,同时选择同期入院行手术治疗的单纯子宫肌瘤患者30例为对照组。应用免疫组化法检测异位内膜组和在位内膜组以及正常内膜组中的C-FOS、MMP-9、Survivin表达情况,并对C-FOS、MMP-9及Survivin在不同程度子宫内膜异位症患者中表达变化的意义进行评价和分析。结果:与对照组相比,在位内膜组和异位内膜组患者的C-FOS、MMP-9以及Survivin蛋白的阳性率均明显提高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。同时,在位内膜组患者C-FOS、MMP-9以及Survivin蛋白的表达主要为阴性(-)至阳性(++),而异位内膜组患者C-FOS蛋白的表达主要为弱阳性(+)至强阳性(+++),MMP-9和Survivin蛋白的表达主要为阴性(-)至强阳性(+++)。结论:检测C-FOS、MMP-9及Survivin在不同程度子宫内膜异位症患者中的表达,对于探讨子宫内膜异位症的发生和发展以及协助临床诊断均具有极其重要意义,也为子宫内膜异位症全新疗法的探索开辟了更为广阔的思路。
Objective: To investigate the changes and their value of C-FOS, MMP-9 and Survivin in patients with endometriosis. Methods: From March 2010 to September 2011, 60 patients with endometriosis confirmed by laparoscopy in obstetrics and gynecology department from March 2010 to September 2011 were selected and divided into eutopic endometrium group and ectopic endometriosis group Membrane group, 30 patients in each group, at the same time choose the same period hospitalized surgical treatment of uterine fibroids in 30 patients as control group. The expression of C-FOS, MMP-9 and Survivin in ectopic endometrium group, eutopic endometrium group and normal endometrium group were detected by immunohistochemistry. Results: Compared with the control group, the positive rates of C-FOS, MMP-9 and Survivin protein in eutopic and ectopic endometrium groups were significantly increased, with statistical significance (P <0.05). At the same time, the expressions of C-FOS, MMP-9 and Survivin in eutopic endometrium group were mainly negative (-) to positive (++), whereas the expression of C-FOS protein in eutopic endometrium group was mainly weakly positive (+) To strongly positive (+++). The expressions of MMP-9 and Survivin were mainly negative (-) to strongly positive (+++). Conclusion: Detecting the expression of C-FOS, MMP-9 and Survivin in patients with different degrees of endometriosis is extremely important for exploring the occurrence and development of endometriosis and assisting clinical diagnosis The exploration of new therapies for endometriosis has opened up a broader perspective.
