1.用FT-IR法研究了数例外观为黑色的结石及胆色素型结石,在对胆红素钙的减差光谱中,得到了蛋白的主要特征谱带,从而发现这类黑色结石比一般胆色素结石含有更多的蛋白,并对胆石中蛋白成份的二级结构进行了讨论。这种重要的蛋白成份与结石生成的病理可能直接相关。 2.测定了几种胆石的远红外光谱,它对金属离子在结石中存在的状态提供了有用的信息,是一种鉴别胆石结构差异的灵敏方法。
1.
