目的研究硝酸钾脱敏凝胶和回药基质脱敏凝胶减轻牙本质敏感症状的临床效果。方法选取具有三颗数字化疼痛评判(VAS),以试验评分在1-10 min、吹气刺激试验评分在2-3分的成年人受试者敏感牙齿为基线,按照基线数据分层,随机分为两组:回药基质脱敏凝胶(试验组),硝酸钾脱敏凝胶(对照组)。受试者在接受口腔牙齿洁治前使用凝胶,洁治后采用与基线检查相同的方法进行VAS试验和吹气刺激试验。结果 180例受试者完成试验,在洁治后敏感度检查中,回药基质脱敏凝胶受试者表现出明显的症状缓解,即VAS试验132.2%,吹气刺激试验48.5%;硝酸钾脱敏凝胶VAS试验21.8%,吹气刺激试验13.8%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。VAS试验109.8%,吹气刺激试验41.8%。结论使用回药基质脱敏凝胶术前预处理能够明显缓解牙本质敏感症状。
Objective To study the clinical effect of potassium nitrate desensitized gel and drug-loaded matrix desensitized gel in alleviating dentin-sensitive symptoms. Methods Sensitive teeth with three digitized pain scores (VAS) in adult subjects with test scores of 1-10 min and inflatable stimulation test scores of 2-3 were selected as baseline, stratified by baseline data, randomized For two groups: drug matrix desensitized gel (experimental group), potassium nitrate desensitized gel (control group). Subjects received gels prior to oral decontamination. VAS tests and insufflation tests were performed following the same procedure as for baseline examinations. Results 180 subjects completed the test, Sensitivities in the post-treatment examination, drug-resistant matrix desensitized gel subjects showed significant symptoms, namely VAS test 132.2%, inflatable irritation test 48.5%; potassium nitrate Vas desensitization gel test 21.8%, inflatable irritation test 13.8%, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). VAS test 109.8%, air stimulation test 41.8%. Conclusions Pretreatment with drug-loaded matrix desensitization gel can significantly relieve the symptoms of dentine hypersensitivity.
