为检测细胞培养用品对光透射率的影响，采用紫外分光光度计对培养瓶（板）、培养液、ＤＨａｎｋｓ液等的透射规律和光敏剂的吸收规律进行观察。结果：对培养板（瓶），４００ｎｍ～８００ｎｍ光可透过８０％以上，２００ｎｍ～３００ｎｍ光完全不能透过。ＲＰＭＩ１６４０细胞培养液可让６００ｎｍ～８００ｎｍ光透过近１００％，在５７５ｎｍ附近出现明显波谷，光透射率低，可能系酚红的影响；无酚红的ＤＨａｎｋｓ液对２１０ｎｍ～８００ｎｍ光透射率无明显影响。建立了一种培养细胞接受到的激光剂量的测定计算方法。
In order to detect the influence of cell culture articles on light transmittance, the transmission law of the culture flasks (plates), culture solution, D-Hanks solution and the absorption law of the photosensitizer were observed by UV spectrophotometer. Results: The plate (bottle), 400nm ~ 800nm more than 80% of the light can be transmitted, 200nm ~ 300nm light completely impermeable. RPMI1640 cell culture solution can let 600nm ~ 800nm light through nearly 100%, near 575nm obvious trough, light transmittance is low, may be the impact of phenol red; red phenol-free D Hanks solution of 210nm ~ 800nm light transmittance No significant effect. A method for calculating the laser dose received by cultured cells was established.
