目的探讨转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)在结肠腺癌中的表达及其意义。方法采用S-P免疫组织化学染色方法,对30例结肠腺癌,30例正常结肠组织中的TGF-β1进行检测。结果30例结肠癌中TGF-β1表达阳性率76.67%(23/30),强阳性表达率66.67%(20/30);正常结肠黏膜中TGF-β1阳性表达率26.67%(6/30),强阳性表达率6.67%(2/30);结肠腺癌组TGF-β1阳性表达明显高于正常结肠组且差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.001),两者的强阳性表达率比较,差异亦有非常显著性意义(P<0.001)。结肠腺癌淋巴结转移组与无淋巴结转移组TGF-β1阳性表达差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。结论结肠腺癌中TGF-β1过度表达,使其抑制癌细胞生长作用丧失。
Objective To investigate the expression of transforming growth factor-β1 (TGF-β1) in colon adenocarcinoma and its significance. Methods S-P immunohistochemical staining was used to detect TGF-β1 in 30 cases of colon adenocarcinoma and 30 cases of normal colon tissues. Results The positive expression rate of TGF-β1 in colon cancer was 76.67% (23/30) and strong positive rate was 66.67% (20/30) in 30 cases of colon cancer. The positive rate of TGF-β1 in normal colon mucosa was 26.67% (6/30) The positive expression rate of TGF-β1 in colon adenocarcinoma was significantly higher than that in normal colon (6.67%, 2/30) (P <0.001), and the strong positive rate was 6.67% (2/30) There is also a very significant (P <0.001). The positive expression of TGF-β1 in colorectal adenocarcinoma with lymph node metastasis and without lymph node metastasis had no significant difference (P> 0.05). Conclusion The overexpression of TGF-β1 in colon adenocarcinoma inhibits the growth of cancer cells.
