本文讨论刚性转子在无定心弹簧的挤压油膜阻尼器支承中的稳态不平衡响应和在升降速运动中的非定常不平衡响应。求得了非定常不平衡响应与稳态特性和升降速度之间的依赖关系,以及双稳态响应之间的跳跃规律。文中,油膜力用Reynolds方程按短轴承解求得;轴颈中心运动微分方程借主谐波变换变为标准的一阶微分方程组,这样可将数值积分法与近似分析方法[1]结合使用,便于定性分析并节省机时。
In this paper, we discuss the steady-state unbalance response of rigid rotor in the squeeze film damper bearing without centering spring and the unsteady unbalance response in the ascending and descending movement. The dependence between unsteady unbalanced response and steady-state characteristics and the speed of ascent and descent is obtained, and the law of jump between bistable responses is obtained. In this paper, the oil film force is obtained by the short bearing solution using the Reynolds equation. The journal center motion differential equation is transformed into the standard first-order differential equation system by means of the main harmonic transform, thus the numerical integral method and the approximate analysis method [1] Facilitate qualitative analysis and save time.
