分析了中药汤剂正确与不正确配伍对有效成分及有益微量元素的溶出率的影响和对药物的疗效及毒副作用的影响。提出了临床配伍不仅要遵循古典的中药配伍原则,还要从药理、化学角度审视之。
The influence of the correct and incorrect compatibility of traditional Chinese medicine decoction on the dissolution rate of active ingredients and beneficial trace elements and the effect on the efficacy and side effects of drugs were analyzed. It is proposed that the clinical compatibility should not only follow the classical principle of compatibility of traditional Chinese medicine, but also from the perspective of pharmacology and chemistry.
