上海发电设备成套设计研究所对望亭电厂300MW燃煤锅炉的烟道系统进行了冷态模拟试验。通过大量的试验研究,得出系统中导流板的最佳形状和最佳布置位置,达到了流量分配均匀和除尘器进口处速度分布均匀的要求。
Shanghai Power Equipment Design Institute of the Wangting 300MW coal-fired boiler flue system was simulated cold state. Through a large number of experimental studies, the best shape and the best layout position of the deflector in the system are obtained, which achieves the requirement of uniform flow distribution and uniform velocity distribution at the inlet of the precipitator.
