今年5月5日是黑龙江省图书馆开馆30周年纪念日。30年来,在马列主义毛泽东思想指引下,在各级党和政府的正确领导与关怀下,经先后在馆工作过的所有工作人员的辛勤劳动,努力发挥图书馆的教育职能和情报职能,现已成为拥有藏书224万余册,人员编制128人的大型综合性公共图书馆。1982年被评为黑龙江省文博图系统先进集体,1989年被文化部授予“文明图书馆”光荣称号。30年来,特别是党的十一届三中全会以来,省图书馆和全国图书馆事业一起,在改革开放的形势下,在为社会主义现代化建设服务的进程中,得到不断的发展和壮大。在文献资源
