中国在公路网规划技术的研究上,大致可以分为两大体系:一是将欧美城市交通规划引入公路网规划的四阶段法;二是由西安公路交通大学交通工程教研室提出的总量控制法。两种方法在各省、市、地区公路网规划中均得到了应用。本文试从公路网规划的两个重要方面──公路交通需求预测和路网布局对这两种方法的体系进行比较分析,并结合枣庄公路网规划的实践加以阐述。
China’s research on road network planning technology can be roughly divided into two major systems: one is to introduce the European and American urban transport planning into the four-phase road network planning; the other is the total amount control method proposed by the Traffic Engineering Department of Xi’an Jiaotong University . Both methods have been applied in the planning of road networks in various provinces, cities and regions. This paper tries to make a comparative analysis of these two methods from two important aspects of highway network planning - highway traffic demand forecasting and road network layout, and elaborates the practice of Zaozhuang highway network planning.
