学术界对隋朝征高丽战争已有论述,提出了一些有益的意见。但有些问题还须进一步探讨,关于隋对高丽政策的演变问题还须研究。从隋和高丽的关系中,可以看到隋文帝和隋炀帝的不同的人格特征、客观条件以及高丽的猜忌心理对隋对高丽政策和策略的制定有很大的影响。要探讨隋和高丽和战关系,不能忽视当时的社会条件和双方的心理因素。我们可以从文帝和炀帝两个时期来探讨隋对高丽政策的演变。
Academics have already discussed the war of Korea in the Sui Dynasty and put forward some useful suggestions. However, some issues need to be further explored, and the issue of the evolution of the Sui-Koryo policy still needs to be studied. From the relationship between Sui and Korea, we can see that the different personality traits of Sui Wendi and Emperor Sui Xuan and the objective conditions as well as the suspicion of Goryeo have a great impact on the formulation of Sui’s policy and tactics toward Korea. To discuss the relationship between the Sui Dynasty and Korea, we can not ignore the social conditions of the time and the psychological factors of both sides. We can explore the evolvement of Sui-Koryo policy from the two periods of Emperor Wen and Emperor Di.
