客户经理工作量均衡配置研究

当前,烟草行业面临不断深化的市场化取向改革新常态,构建客户经理均衡工作量体系,使客户经理日均户外工作量均衡受力、责任分担,有效提升客户经理拜访效率,显得尤为重要。本文在“新常态”背景下,对构建均衡工作量体系的必要性进行了论证,建立了评估日均工作量的指标体系,搭建了数学测量模型,并且通过模型准确测量出客户经理日均户外工作量,以此为理论依据,对均衡工作量关键环节的途径提出相关建议。 At present, the tobacco industry is undergoing a constantly deepening market-oriented reform of the new normal and building an equilibrium workload system for client managers.
