目的 探讨节段性动脉阻断对阻断段动脉内膜增生的影响。方法 将 1 6条健康杂种犬随机分成 4组 ,解剖出右侧颈总动脉以微型动脉夹在距环状软骨各 2 .0cm的近、远端阻断颈总动脉 0、1 5、30和 60min ,术后 4周取标本进行切片观察及计算机图像分析。结果 阻断 1 5min组动脉内膜未见明显增生 ,阻断 30min和 60min组阻断段动脉见新生内膜形成 ,且后者内膜增生程度较前者严重 ,前者新生内膜中细胞成分多而后者以细胞间质为主。结论 术中节段性阻断动脉可致阻断段动脉内膜增生 ,阻断时间以 1 5min左右为宜 ,不宜超过 30min
Objective To investigate the effect of segmental arterial blockade on the intimal hyperplasia of the blocked artery. Methods One hundred and six healthy mongrel dogs were randomly divided into four groups. The right common carotid artery was dissected and the common carotid artery was occluded at 0, 1, 5, 30, and 60 min in the proximal and distal ends of the common carotid artery. Four weeks after the operation, specimens were taken for section observation and computer image analysis. Results No significant hyperplasia was found in the intima of the rats at 15 min after occlusion, while the formation of neointima was blocked at 30 min and 60 min in blocking group, and the degree of neointimal hyperplasia in the latter was more serious than that in the former The main interstitial cells. Conclusion Intra-articular blockade of arteries can cause blockage of intimal hyperplasia, blocking time is about 15min, not more than 30min
