本研究观察了柠檬酸铝抗石英粉尘对豚鼠肺泡巨噬细胞和肺脏细胞膜蛋白的影响效应。结果表明,柠檬酸铝与石英预先结合后,使石英吸附膜蛋白的能力明显下降。柠檬酸铝可以拮抗石英对蛋白空间构象的影响。 This study investigated the effects of aluminum citrate anti-quartz dust on the membrane proteins of alveolar macrophages and lungs in guinea pigs. The results show that aluminum citrate and quartz pre-combination, so that the capacity of quartz adsorption membrane protein decreased significantly. Aluminum citrate can antagonize the influence of quartz on the conformation of the protein space.
