目的探讨益母草注射液联合缩宫素注射液在减少产后出血量和缩短恶露持续时间中的效果。方法选取2014年2月—2015年2月于桂林银海医院分娩的120例产妇,按照随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组,各60例。对照组产妇产后给予缩宫素注射液治疗,试验组产妇产后给予益母草注射液联合缩宫素注射液治疗,比较两组产妇产后持续宫缩时间、出血量、恶露持续时间、子宫复旧情况、产后出血率、输血率、子宫切除率及不良反应发生率。结果试验组产妇产后持续宫缩时间长于对照组,恶露持续时间短于对照组,产后2、24h出血量少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组产妇1、3、5d子宫复旧情况均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组产妇产后出血率和输血率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论益母草注射液联合缩宫素注射液能够有效减少产后出血量、缩短恶露持续时间、促进子宫复旧、降低产后出血率和输血率。
Objective To investigate the effect of motherwort injection combined with oxytocin injection in reducing the amount of postpartum hemorrhage and shortening the duration of lochia. Methods A total of 120 pregnant women delivered at Guilin Yinhai Hospital from February 2014 to February 2015 were divided into experimental group and control group according to the random number table method, 60 cases each. Control group of postpartum women given oxytocin injection treatment, the experimental group given motherwort motherwort injection of oxytocin injection combined with oxytocin injection treatment, the two groups of postpartum persistent contractions time, bleeding, lochia duration, uterine involution, postpartum Bleeding rate, blood transfusion rate, hysterectomy rate and incidence of adverse reactions. Results The duration of postpartum prolonged uterine contractions in the experimental group was longer than that in the control group. The duration of lochia was shorter than that in the control group. The amount of bleeding at 2 and 24 hours postpartum was less than that in the control group. The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Maternal 1,3,5 d uterine involution in the experimental group were better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The postpartum hemorrhage rate and transfusion rate in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group, with significant difference (P <0.05). Conclusion Motherwort injection combined with oxytocin injection can effectively reduce the amount of postpartum hemorrhage, shorten the duration of lochia, promote uterine involution, reduce the rate of postpartum hemorrhage and blood transfusion.
