1987年11月30至12日4日在上海青浦县召开了全国植物检疫站长会议,会议由全国植保总站站长刘松林同志主持,参加会议的有除西藏外28个省市自治区的植物检疫站站长、植检科科长,还邀请有部政策法规司、动植物检疫总所、植物检疫实验所;上海市农业局,上海动植物检疫所等单位参加。农牧渔业部陈耀邦副部长出席了会议并作了重要讲话(见本期第1页),会上有上海、四川、浙江、湖南、辽宁等16个植检站的代表作了典型发言交流了经验和体会。这次会议的重点是讨论“关于进一步贯彻《植物检疫条例》加强植物检疫工作的意见”,
From November 30 to November 12, 1987, a national plant quarantine chief meeting was held in Qingpu County, Shanghai. The meeting was chaired by Liu Chunlin, director of the National Plant Protection Station. Participants at the meeting included plant quarantine stations in 28 provinces and autonomous regions outside Tibet Owners, director of phytosanitary, also invited the Department of Policy and Law Department, Animal and Plant Quarantine, Plant Quarantine Laboratory; Shanghai Municipal Bureau of Agriculture, Shanghai Animal and Plant Quarantine and other units to participate. Vice Minister Chen Yaobang of the Ministry of Agriculture, Animal Husbandry and Fishery attended and delivered an important speech (see page 1 of this issue). Representatives from 16 phytosanitary stations in Shanghai, Sichuan, Zhejiang, Hunan and Liaoning made speeches on the typical exchanges Experience and experience.
