大学生时间管理倾向与社会支持的相关研究

目的 初步探讨大学生的时间管理倾向与社会支持的关系.方法 以314名广州地区大学本科生为对象,采用青少年时间管理倾向量表、社会支持评定量表进行调查.结果 ①大学生时间管理倾向总体水平高于中等水平,社会支持总体水平高于中等水平;②在时间管理倾向和社会支持中,性别的主效应、年级的主效应、性别和年级的交互效应均不存在显著差异;③时间管理倾向总分及各因子与社会支持评定总分及各因子均存在极其显著的相关关系(P<0.01);④高社会支持组与低社会支持组在时间管理倾向量表总分及各因子上的得分均存在极其显著的差异(P<0.001),即高社会支持组的时间价值感、时间监控观、时间效能感及时间管理倾向远远高于低社会支持组.说明社会支持水平能明显地影响时间管理倾向.结论 大学生的时间管理倾向和社会支持水平关系密切,提高大学生社会支持有利于改善他们的时间管理倾向.“,”Objective To preliminarily explore the relationship between the time management tendency of college students and social support. Methods Taking 314 undergraduates from universities in Guangzhou area as the object, the adolescent time management tendency scale and social support rating scale were used for investigation. Results ①The overall level of college students\'\' time management propensity was higher than the middle level, and the overall level of social support was higher than the middle level; ②In the time management propensity and social support, the main effect of gender, the main effect of grade, and the interaction effect of gender and grade were all different. There are significant differences; ③The total score of time management tendency and each factor are extremely significantly correlated with the total score of social support evaluation and each factor (P<0.01); ④The high social support group and the low social support group are in the time management tendency There are extremely significant differences in the total score of the scale and the scores on each factor (P<0.001), that is, the sense of time value, time monitoring, time efficacy and time management tendency of the high social support group is much higher than that of the low social support group group. It shows that the level of social support can obviously affect the tendency of time management. Conclusion The time management tendency of college students is closely related to the level of social support. Improving the social support of college students is beneficial to improve their time management tendency.
