目的 :比较CDC和UV灯光源对人房蚊虫的捕捉效果。方法 :捕蚊工具为CDC和UV诱蚊灯 ,分别置于人房寝室和客厅通宵诱捕。结果 :2灯共捕获 2亚科 5属 9亚属 2 0种蚊虫 ,经数据处理分析发现 ,无论是CDC还是UV灯寝室与客厅捕蚊效果差异无显著性 ;但 2灯捕获按蚊总数显著高于其他蚊属 ,UV灯捕蚊效果较CDC灯好 ;2灯捕蚊效果与当地雨量存在相关关系 ,但差异无显著性。结论 :CDC和UV诱蚊灯人房捕蚊效果较好 ,建议采用两类诱蚊灯捕蚊 ,这是云南省蚊媒种群密度调查或捕蚊的有效途径之一。
Objective: To compare the catching effects of CDC and UV light on mosquitoes in human houses. Methods: The mosquito traps were CDC and UV mosquito lamps, which were placed overnight in the human bedroom and living room, respectively. Results: Two kinds of mosquitoes were detected in 2 subfamilies, 5 genera and 9 subgenus in 2 light sources. According to data analysis, no significant difference was found in the mosquitoes between CDC and UV lamp sleeping rooms and the living room. However, Higher than other mosquitoes, UV lamp better than the CDC light mosquito effect; 2 light mosquito effect and the local rainfall there is a correlation, but the difference was insignificant. Conclusion: Both CDC and UV-trapping lights have good effect in arresting mosquitoes in the human house. Two types of mosquito-trapping mosquitoes are recommended to catch mosquitoes, which is one of the effective ways to investigate mosquito-borne population density or catch mosquitoes in Yunnan Province.
