他尊重老庄哲学,力求静心,苦苦戒除笔底行间的浮躁之气,不拒绝名利,也不刻意追逐,挥毫之际物我两忘。观陈浩之书作,正、草、隶、篆诸体皆出,乃至甲金、简帛、新莽汉篆等,涉猎广博而不浮泛,字里行间极具功力,不以聪明人自居。他的篆书力避画字而得形似之弊,以石鼓风格为基调,参以鼎铭、甲骨笔法,写得圆融浑厚但又躲开了吴昌硕之墨气、霸气,显示了眼力(太难)。
