自国会通过健康保险法修正案并立案以来,已经过去三个多月。所有修正事项现几乎都已付诸实施。现把医院有关人士的看法大致归纳如下,他们认为就医人数与以前相比虽然没有什么变化,但健康保险本人的每天平均的诊疗比率稍有下降的倾向。所以可以认为,方案实施大致是正常的,没有造成什么混乱。大家认为这次修正案仅在一次国会上就得以通过立案,是因为有全体国民一致赞同的缘故。因为国民医疗费的急剧增加是国民所关心的重要事情。因此,笔者认为,为迎接即将到来的超

The views of relevant persons in the hospital are summarized as follows.
