Be(Ⅱ)的光度法测定已有研究,但在阴离子型-非离子型混合表面活性剂存在下,Be(Ⅱ)与铬天青B(CAB)显色体系尚未见报导。本文研究了在十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)和聚乙二醇辛基苯基醚(OP)存在下,Be(Ⅱ)与CAB络合反应的条件和光谱性能,拟定了微量铍的分析方法,用合成样和标样进行本法考验,结果满意。 试剂 铍标准液:[Be]=2.0μg/ml,按文献配剂。1.0×10~(-3)M CAB水溶液。2％OP
