目的研究反复呼吸道感染(RRI)患儿细胞与体液免疫的状态,为临床免疫治疗提供依据。方法检测42例临床确诊的反复呼吸道感染患儿外周血总T淋巴细胞、B淋巴细胞、NK细胞、CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+比值及免疫球蛋白IgG、IgA、IgM水平,并与正常健康儿童对照组比较。结果 RRI患儿的总T淋巴细胞、CD4+细胞百分率、CD4+/CD8+比值较健康对照组明显减低(P<0.05、P<0.01、P<0.01),CD8+细胞百分率明显升高(P<0.01);血清IgA、IgG明显减低(P<0.05、P<0.05)。结论 RRI患儿的细胞免疫与体液免疫功能紊乱均明显,对临床免疫治疗有一定的指导意义。
Objective To study the status of cellular and humoral immunity in children with recurrent respiratory tract infection (RRI) and provide basis for clinical immunotherapy. Methods The levels of total T lymphocytes, B lymphocytes, NK cells, CD4 +, CD8 +, CD4 + / CD8 + in peripheral blood and immunoglobulin IgG, IgA and IgM in 42 cases of clinically diagnosed recurrent respiratory tract infection were detected and compared with those of normal healthy children Comparison of the control group. Conclusion The cellular immunity and humoral immune dysfunction of children with RRI are obvious, which is of guiding significance to clinical immunotherapy.
