随着我国经济发展速度的加快,我国施工建设的规模越来越大,建设数量越来越多。建筑工程项目的稳步推进,对扩大城市经济规模,提高城市化发展速度具有很重要的推动作用。本文主要分析建筑工程土建施工现场管理的具体操作,对存在问题与改进策略展开分析。
