辽宁刊授党校是一所没有围墙的学校,多年来为社会主义现代化建设培养、输送了大批的优秀人才。刊授党校似一株盛开的鲜花,正以它那独特的芳香,吸引着无数的莘莘学子们,也深深地吸引了我——倾心于教育事业的工作者,我甘愿做人梯,为社会主义现代化建设培养更多的人才。通过多年当班主任的工作实践,结合刊授党校学员的特点,我体会到班主任是学校连结学员的纽带,沟通教与学的桥梁。要当好班主任就要做到以下几点。
The Liaoning provincial school has a school without walls. For many years, it has trained and delivered a large number of outstanding talents for the socialist modernization. It is like a flower blooming in a party school. With its unique aroma, it attracts countless students and attracts me deeply. I am devoted to education and I am willing to be a human ladder. Modernization of cultivation fosters more talents. Through many years’ work experience of on-duty director and in combination with the characteristics of the party school students, I realized that the teacher in charge of the class is the link between the school-linked students and the bridge between teaching and learning.
