内退的准确说法是“内部退养”。内退比下岗体面,待遇也高些,内退的职工往往喜欢自称“退休职工”,尽管劳动和社会保障部门并不承认他们的退休职工身份。不同的企业执行的办法不尽相同,多数情况下,是男50岁、女45岁,“一刀切”。也有的企业年龄更往前取,比如男45、女40。待遇则根据企业经营情况及经济实力支付,总原则是比在职时工资低一大截。摊上内退的职工有的高兴,有的不太情愿,但都觉得比上不足比下有余,因为总算没有被下岗。
The accurate statement of internal retirement is “internal withdrawal.” Retirement ratio is higher than that of laid-off workers. The retired workers often like to call themselves “retirees”, although the labor and social security departments do not recognize their retired workers. Different companies implement different methods. In most cases, men are 50 years old and 45 are female. Some companies also take their ages forward, such as male 45 and female 40. The treatment is based on the company’s operating conditions and economic strength. The general principle is that the wages are lower than those in service. The employees on the retreat were happy and some were reluctant. However, they felt that there was more than nothing, because they were not laid off.
