利用底部钻柱动力学研究试验装置对钟摆钻具与偏轴钻具的钻压波动规律进行了对比研究。结果表明,2种钻具钻压波动规律存在相同之处:①名义钻压一定,提高转速,2种钻具实际钻压略有降低,钻压波动幅度逐渐变大;②当名义钻压较低时,出现0钻压的情况;③转速一定,2种钻具实际钻压随名义钻压的增大而增大,钻压波动幅度逐渐减小。不同之处是:低转速低名义钻压、高转速高名义钻压时,偏轴钻具的钻压波动幅度比钟摆钻具大。
By using the bottom drill string dynamics research test device, the comparison is made between the weight fluctuation law of pendulum and off-axis drilling tools. The results show that there are similarities in the two types of drilling and boring pressure fluctuations: (1) When the nominal weight-on-bit is constant and the speed is increased, the actual weight-on-bit of the two types of drilling tools slightly decreases and the fluctuation of weight- Low, there 0 0 bit pressure situation; ③ speed, the two kinds of drill the actual weight-bearing pressure with the increase of the increase of bit weight, bit weight fluctuations gradually reduced. The difference is: low-speed low-nominal weight-pressure, high-speed high-nominal weight-bit pressure, off-axis drilling pressure swing greater than the pendulum drill.
