在《中国上市公司高管身价排行榜》中,中小企业板上市公司董事长和高管层无任何悬念地纷纷现身持股市值排行榜中。以民营企业为主的中小企业板上市公司,其创业者价值以及高管层所获股权激励价值,在中国企业家价值中占据了重要地位。在董事长持股市值排名前20名中,中小企业板上市公司占据了15席。其中苏宁电器董事长张近东以97亿元身价高居榜首,远远超过第二名金发科技董事长袁志敏的27．5亿元。显然,现在的张近东已经是富豪,但其起步时的创业至今仍为人津津乐道。
