目的通过对山东新建岚山港通用泊位项目职业病危害因素的浓度(强度)进行检测,分析职业病防护设施运行效果。方法通过收集相关资料、现场职业卫生学调查和职业卫生检测的方法进行评价。结果共检测78个粉尘作业点,超标率为9.0%,煤尘和电焊烟尘超标率分别为33.3%和12.5%,平均浓度分别为7.2和3.2 mg/m3;共检测噪声53个频次,12个检测结果超标,超标率为24.5%;露天作业为Ⅱ级作业。结论应加强货物堆场扬尘的防护,加强职业危害宣传教育,使职业接触工人形成良好的个人防护意识。
Objective To test the concentration (intensity) of occupational hazards in General Berth Project of Shandong Arashiyama Port, and to analyze the operation effect of occupational disease protection facilities. The method was evaluated by collecting relevant information, on-site occupational hygiene investigation and occupational health examination. Results A total of 78 dust spots were detected. The over-standard rate was 9.0%. The over-standard rates of dust and electric dust were 33.3% and 12.5% respectively. The average concentrations were 7.2 and 3.2 mg / Exceeded the test results, exceeding the standard rate of 24.5%; open-air operations for the second-level operations. Conclusion The protection of dust from cargo yard should be strengthened and publicity and education of occupational hazards should be strengthened so that workers exposed to occupations can form a good sense of personal protection.
