税收作为国家的重要经济杠杆,对于提高企业产品质量,优化品种,增加效益具有积极的促进作用。最近,我们对武汉市10家国营大中型企业进行了调查,初步掌握了它们在质量年开展活动的状况,力求为税收服务于工业企业生产经营活动提供较为科学的决策依据。我们在分析了武汉市行业构成的特点之后,确定了机械、纺织,电子、制药等四个行业的10家企业为调查对象。它们是武汉重型机床厂、武汉锅炉厂、武汉印染厂、武汉毛纺织厂、武汉第二、四、五、六棉纺织厂,武汉电视机厂、武汉二药厂,这些企业均为行业利税大户,具有全面性、典型性,能够代表我市工业企业现状的概貌。
As an important economic lever of the country, taxation has a positive effect on improving product quality, optimizing varieties and increasing profits. Recently, we conducted a survey of 10 state-owned large and medium-sized enterprises in Wuhan City, initially grasping the status of their activities during the Year of Quality, and sought to provide a more scientific basis for tax revenue to serve the production and management activities of industrial enterprises. After analyzing the characteristics of the industry composition in Wuhan City, we identified 10 enterprises in the four industries of machinery, textile, electronics and pharmaceuticals as the survey subjects. They are Wuhan Heavy Machine Tool Works, Wuhan Boiler Works, Wuhan Dyeing and Finishing Plant, Wuhan Wool Textile Factory, Wuhan Second, Fourth, Fifth and Six Cotton Mill, Wuhan TV Factory, Wuhan Second Pharmaceutical Factory, , With a comprehensive, typical, can represent the status of industrial enterprises in our city overview.
