以元莜麦和555杂交得到的281个F2单株为作图群体,利用20对AFLP引物、3对SSR引物和1个穗型性状构建了一张大粒裸燕麦遗传连锁图。该图谱全长1544.8 cM,包含19个连锁群,其上分布有92个AFLP标记、3个SSR标记和1个穗型形态标记,不同连锁群标记数为2~14个,长度在23.7~276.3 cM之间,平均长度为81.3 cM,标记间平均距离为20.1 cM。穗型标记分离比符合3∶1,11个AFLP标记表现为偏分离,偏分离比为11.5%。该图谱符合遗传连锁框架图的要求,为今后大粒裸燕麦的QTL定位、分子标记辅助育种和比较基因组学等研究奠定基础。
A total of 281 F2 individuals were obtained from the cross between Primula bungei and 555, and a large linkage map of naked oats was constructed using 20 pairs of AFLP primers, 3 pairs of SSR primers and 1 panicle trait. The full length of the map was 1544.8 cM and consisted of 19 linkage groups. There were 92 AFLP markers, 3 SSR markers and 1 panicle morphological marker distributed on the map, with 2 to 14 markers of different linkage groups and 23.7 to 276.3 cM, with an average length of 81.3 cM and an average distance between markers of 20.1 cM. The segregation ratio of panicle type markers conformed to 3: 1, and 11 AFLP markers showed partial segregation with partial segregation ratio of 11.5%. The map conformed to the requirements of the genetic linkage map and laid the foundation for further research on QTL mapping, molecular marker-assisted breeding and comparative genomics of naked oats in the future.
